Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with any purchase you have made from our store, you may return the item with the original full till receipt for a full refund or an exchange for goods of an equal value up to 7 calendar days after the date of purchase.
If you are unable to provide any proof of purchase, regrettably we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

All goods returned must be unmarked, undamaged, unused, and unopened to receive a full refund.

We are unable to accept returns of items after this period unless items were unknowingly sold in a damaged or faulty condition. If an item is deemed to be faulty, we can provide a refund or exchange up to 28 calendar days after purchase with the original full till receipt.

If your item is damaged or faulty, please ask a member of staff for further information. We cannot accept liability for items which have been damaged in your own care, either in transport or storage. We cannot accept liability for damaged/faulty items without proof of purchase.

We cannot accept return of items which are not returned in a saleable condition unless they are faulty or damaged.
Some items are excluded from our refund policy such as items which are bespoke, made-to-measure or 'special order' unless they are faulty or damaged. Special order items are goods which we have agreed to order for you.
We cannot accept return of items which have not been purchased from Creative Ideas Home and Gift.
All products bought from the shop floor should be inspected by customers at time of purchase and any damage or soiling noted at till purchase point. If this product has been reduced due to damage or soiling the item cannot be returned for these reasons after the sale.

This does not affect your Statutory Rights. If you would like further information, please ask a member of staff or alternatively, contact the store.

Due to health and hygiene standards we are unable to provide a refund or exchange for earrings purchased

Refunds are issued in the same format that they have been paid. Cash is not held on the premises; therefore, cash payments may have to be refunded by cheque or issued on a pre-arranged day. Cheques must have cleared through our bank before a cheque will be issued as a refund.

Return of items purchased online
You must inform us within 14 days of receipt of goods that you wish to return them and the reason which you find the goods unsatisfactory. Please contact us by email.
If any items were damaged in delivery, we ask that you report it to us within 14 days. If the item is visibly damaged when received, we ask that you sign the delivery carriers note to state this.
If any items are found to be faulty on arrival, we ask that you inform of us this within 14 days, items should be returned to us in original packaging along with any accessories. We test returned items and once a fault is verified, we will issue a replacement or full refund and reimburse you reasonable return charges. If a returned item is found not to be faulty item will be returned to you and you will be liable for the return charge.

Photo evidence of faulty or damaged goods may be requested.
All goods returned unmarked/undamaged/unused/unopened within 28 calendar days of original purchase are entitled to a full refund. No refund or exchange will be offered after the 28 days. Refunds will be issued after the item has been received by us.
We advise you to retain proof of postage as we can only refund items received back to ourselves and take no responsibility for lost items.
Items that are deemed unwanted due to personal preference all postage costs will be covered by buyer.
Items that are deemed to be faulty or damaged postage costs will be covered by seller.
